Service Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a styling consultation or service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with adequate notice may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling option.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for styling services are considered on a case-by-case basis. Completed consultation services are generally non-refundable, as the service has been provided. Refunds may be available for:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • Services that were not provided due to circumstances beyond the client's control
  • Documented service quality issues that could not be resolved

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Rescheduling Services

We understand that circumstances may require rescheduling. Clients can reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. Rescheduling requests made with less notice may be subject to availability and potential fees.

If you've purchased a styling package and wish to modify or cancel it, please contact us to discuss your options. Modifications to packages are subject to availability and may be subject to terms specific to your package selection.
